4-Ingredient vegan mango lassi, a plant-based alternative to this popular yogurt-based drink.

Prep Time: 5 minutes Total Time: 5 minutes Yield: 2


1 cup unsweetened plant based yogurt (250 g), (soy, coconut or cashew)

1 cup frozen mango chunks (185 g)

1/4 cup unsweetend plant milk of your choice (65 ml), (soy, almond)

2 Medjool or 4 Deglet Nour dates, pitted (optional)


Blend all ingredients until smooth.

Serve immediately


Feel free to add some ice cubes if you want your lassi to be even more refreshing.

Use any fruit (fresh or frozen) or any natural sweetener you have on hand.

We prefer to use unsweetened yogurt and milk, but if you use them sweetened, omit the dates.

Top with sliced almonds and chopped pistachios or sprinkle a little Turmeric(optional)

Best when fresh, but you can keep in a sealed container in the fridge for 1 or 2 days.
